How the landscape around West Thurrock Power Station has changed
The picture above shows how the location around the Old West Thurrock Power Station is changing
You take the High road and I'll take the Low road.
The lower road following the arrow on the road leads back to the Old stations main gates.
The Train river Thames Tunnel passes under the old Power station grounds.
The center road just above the roundabout is the new london to paris railway (used by the Euro star )
Technology at work
The road at the top of the picture is the QE2 Bridge, taking traffic from the M25 across the Thames from Essex to Kent, vise-versa
